The Founders
Sebastian
The moment a residential development moves from construction to operation is make-or-break for service delivery. Sebastian founded MORICON Consultants in 2017 to ensure that transition happens flawlessly.
With over 20 years in international luxury hospitality and property management, Sebastian specialises in pre-opening mobilisation—liaising between construction teams, suppliers and vendors to deliver cohesive service operations from practical completion onwards. His Swiss Hotel School training and Henley MBA underpin a systematic approach that has successfully launched bespoke residential service programmes across the UK and internationally.
Sebastian is AssocRICS, IOSH certified, and a Member of TPI and ARL.
Susan
Great hospitality isn't reserved for five-star hotels. Susan has spent 15 years proving that service excellence can be achieved anywhere—from luxury hotels across Europe, Asia and North America to Build-to-Rent communities and branded residences.
Her career spans senior roles at Fairmont Raffles (now Accor), InterContinental and San Francisco's Mark Hopkins, where she developed the systematic approach to operational excellence that now underpins MORICON's consultancy work.
As Co-Founder and COO, Susan helps residential operators deliver hospitality-grade experiences that improve resident satisfaction, reduce turnover and protect asset value.
Susan holds an MSc in International Hotel Management, PMP certification, and serves as Non-Executive Director for Kingston University Services Company.
